FAQ

Q - I have a pass card/membership for the studio. Am I able to transfer it to the online studio?
A - Unfortunately studio passes and memberships are not transferable to the digital studio.

Q - Are classes live-streamed or can I take a class when it works for me?
A - The digital studio is all on-demand. If a class will be offered in real time, an email will be sent out to our digital members to let them know they can attend if they want!

Q - Am I able to cancel the Monthly Membership at any time?
A - Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. You are not locked into a contract. You are able to manage your membership within your account.

Q - How do I attend a live-stream class if one is availble?
A - Log into your account. Find ‘Calendar’ and then select ‘View’ for the class you wish to attend. Either purchase a product or register for the class. On the day and time of your booked class/event, you will receive an email that will have link to your registered class. You can also login to your account a few minutes before your booking, and find the class in the Calendar, or Events. Select ‘Join’ when it is no longer grey. That means the teacher has started the live session. Be sure to refresh your browser if the class has not been started when you first login.
