FAQ

Q - I have a pass card for the studio. Am I able to transfer it to the online studio?
A - Absolutely! First, create an account through our ‘Online Studio’ and then send an email to info@cornerstoneyoga.ca and let us know how many passes you would like transferred.

Q - Am I able to cancel the Monthly Membership at any time?
A - Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. You are not locked into a contract. You are able to manage your membership within your account.

Q - How do I attend a live-stream class?
A - Log into your account. Find ‘Calendar’ and then select ‘View’ for the class you wish to attend. Either purchase a product or register for the class. On the day and time of your booked class/event, you will receive an email that will have link to your registered class. You can also login to your account a few minutes before your booking, and find the class in the Calendar, or Events. Select ‘Join’ when it is no longer grey. That means the teacher has started the live session. Be sure to refresh your browser if the class has not been started when you first login.
