Join us in this fun and revealing masterclass where you will explore your practice from a different perspective. How can you use your yoga to navigate to greater seas and spark your growth?
Cornerstone Yoga Collective is very excited to be hosting ROOTS: Vinyasa Yoga for Youth Intensive, April 26-28, 2019. Join the lovely Kristine Divall and Lauren Scruton for a 25 HR immersion.
(YIN)trospection >>> an Intro to yin yoga + a two hour long practice. There will be a focus on the physical benefits, as well as space to invite introspection + nourishment to the body and mind. Conversation, questions, and journaling will be encouraged at the end of practice.
